This is a great never worn reproduction
of the 3/4 length disco style dress that we used to wear in the 1970's.
The sparkly dresses possesses a
figure flattering cut while capturing the look
of a 1970's style
DISCO DRESS. My
picture does not reveal just how dazzling this repro halter disco dress is.
It is definitely dazzling and impressive in person. It is a
Deep Plum or Purple
possibly a bit darker than the photo
covered with lame or glitzy swirls for a
Dazzling Sparkly Effect!
The reproduction disco or salsa dress is made of a very stretchy
thin, but not see thru, slinky polyester microfibre. The straps criss cross in
back for added support. The dress pulls on and again
is very stretchy. It hits just below the knee and has a modest 7" side
split on the left seam. The top of the back has an elastic band allowing for
chest size variation. This dress is a bit more tapered than some of
the other disco styles.
The stylish dress is perfect for a
1970's Disco Look,
as real disco dresses were below the knee in length.
There is a small rhinestone pin at the bodice that enables the dress to be worn
silver platform pumps (see mine under platform sandals) although gray or black
pumps would match as well. Another silver style is available.
This style is back in so the dress could be worn to any semi formal occasion or
just out dancing for New Years Eve as well.
