This is a nice shade of purple velvet.  The coloring is even. 

The never worn shirt is a men's small or medium.

It is a 38" chest fit as it is a total of 42" around the armpit area.

The shoulder area is not that large, a men's small or medium fit.

  The sleeve length is only 30".

The shirt is a lightweight type of velvet.  It won't cling. 

The sleeve length is 30 inches.

The fabric is a nylon acetate blend that must be dry cleaned after wearing.
