Actual vintage fly collar shirts are rare. 

This busy patterned shirt would fit a teen or preteen today. 
The Johnny Miller shirt is made of 100% polyester knit.  It is fairly lightweight though.

The the rectangular slashes are a bit darker in person.  The lines around the empty rectangles are black not gray.
 The shirt looks very striking and neat in person.  It has a bit more pop than the photo.
The vintage gem has very little wear.

The 70s shirt is a vintage size medium, which is more like a today's size small.
It would fit a very small guy or an adolescent.

It will fit a 34 - 36 inch chest.
The sleeve length is 31". 
The torso is tapered.
