Platform Loafer Shoes
These are rather dramatic
reproductions of 1970s platform shoes.
The entire shoe is very lightweight and all man made. The upper is a
patent vinyl that is basically black with dark cherry accents. The buckles
unfastens and the foot slips in easily. The inside sole is cushioned for
comfort. The toe area is nice and wide.
The soles are made of a tough rubber crepe. The very bottom is lined with
a nonstick layer.
Since the height of the sole does not vary much the shoes would be very steady
or balanced.
The back heel height is about 3" and the front platform is about 2" in height.
These never worn shoes would blend with a lot of colors. They are perfect
for everyday wear, as they are a great reproduction. They would also fit right in at a
1970s theme party.
