1970's Bell Bottom Pants

 Are these not one of the coolest pairs of pants that you have ever seen?! 
 Talk about loud.   
These authentic 70's disco pants are made of 100% synthetic nylon, which is a very slinky type of polyester.  They are extremely lightweight (not sheer) and flowy.  The background is true white that is splattered by black polka dots of various sizes.
They are about a size 5 or 5/6 petite.  One must be fairly short.
The waist is small as it is 23" before stretching and should only be stretched to a 26" waist at the most to look good.  The hips are 34-35 inches, best fitting 33-34" hips.  The fabric is stretchy, but too much stretch is tacky.
The inseam is about 29", but when I hold the pants up to myself they are plenty long enough and I am 5'2".  So one should be 5'3" or shorter if one is going to wear these with the waist at the navel (that would be kind of high on the waist today).  If they are worn further down (under the navel) one could be 5'4" in height.  In the 70s we wore this style of pant up higher where one's true waist is, but it seems people wear any kind of pant much lower these days. 
About any glitzy or shiny black top will match the pants.  I have black sequin halters under disco tops and possibly a black tank that may not be pictured.
